Where to begin with this? Read my book and come back. Your library probably has it. Two quick points, though: 1) I do not suggest that we "eliminate plea bargains." Not in this piece, and not ever. 2) The assertion that you "definitely increase" incarceration rates if you reduce plea bargaining is 1000% wrong.
